Registration to the conference includes access to all technical presentations, Standard Committee break-out session (inaugural meeting), lunch, coffee breaks, and the networking reception. A copy of the presentations will be provided to registered attendants.

Standard Registration Policy: Registrations may be done online, by contacting FirstService or mailed to NACE International Headquarters at 15835 Park Ten Place, Houston, TX 77084, USA. All registration fees MUST be included with the registration form. All fees must be received by August 13, 2021 please allow for mail time. After August 13, 2021, registrations will only be accepted on-site.
Cancellation Policies: Paid registrations cancelled in writing at least 60 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee. Paid registrations cancelled in writing 59 to 30 days before the starting date of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the event begins. Transfer of registration is permitted one time at a fee of $100.00 USD. Transfers may not be made less than 14 days before the event begins. This policy supersedes any previously published policy regarding the cancellation process for NACE Conferences.
All requests for transfer or cancellation must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. No refund will be processed if the registrant is a no show.
Right to Deny or Remove: We reserve the right to deny registration or admission to, or remove any party from the Conference, in our sole discretion.
